HELLO (:
so the Os are over and it's just a bittersweet memory now.
im not feeling as happy as i thought i would be. sure, now i can do the 101 things i've been putting off because of Os, but it's actually ended. like four years of studying and 31hours of examination taking and it's over just like that. i wouldnt say time flew, cause it was like the longest two weeks of my life. everyday i just hope it'll be over soon. but now that it's over i ask myself what's next. a month of holiday i guess. but im actually leaving dhs and going to i dno what jc. and somehow i'd rather stay in my comfort zone.
anyway i just cleared up the whole bedroom. it'd been in a mess since forever.lol. i threw away all my notes etc. and it just feels funny. i mean i wrote those notes, i read and reread them and then i throw them away. and all that mugging for that 2 weeks worth of papers. hmm.
but of course im not complaining about the freedom im getting. but i wldnt say i hated studying for the Os. i sort of got used to coming home, sitting at the makeshift table, reading and daydreaming, going for tuition and just telling myself that im really screwed for the paper. and im actually liking tuition these days. lol. life works in the weirdest ways lah. when i dreaded tuition i was forced to go all the time, when im just starting to like tuition there isnt anymore to attend. hah. im really gna miss my tutor lah. lol.
today was graduation. i dont know how mrSng does it, shaking the hands of 406students, wishing all of them good luck and smiling to the camera. but anyway im now officially an alumni. lol. i cant rmb what it was like when i first came into dhs but it does seem as though im leaving it sooner than expected hmm. and i went shopping today. hah. but i didnt buy anything except for my swimsuit. shall go swimming soon and lose lotsa weight hmm.
yest aggy and i bought a cake and SURPRISED weijean and valerie at dinner! (: lol. ok so they kinda expected it but whatever. it was a very pleasant surprise and the cake cutting, candle lighting/blowing went very well. except that we had a little trouble finding a lighter, there were only 4 small candles instead of 6, and i ALMOST burnt the box of the cake. yep. but im sure wj and val were very happy all the same. (: and then we watched harry potter late into the night. it's the best hp movie ever!! LOL. it's damn funny lah. but quite scary too. and super exciting. lol. i wna watch it again lah.
this is like an uberly long post. but im not done yet hmm. i kinda flopped my Os.
eng-i think i got all 5 words wrong la.
phy-i ought to have studied harder.
chem-i tried my best la but still got a bit of mistakes here and there.
combined humanities- not a single singapore related topic came out for SS lah. i shld have just studied venice and spent the rest of the time watching tv lah. anyway the questions were so weird. and i did unseen poetry for lit but i wasnt quite sure what to write so it was quite bad. i'd count myself very very luky if i get an A2 lah.
geog-it was never one of my best subj but i think paper1 was pretty alright.
chinese-please just let me pass. i dnt wna know that i wasted 4 yrs trying to tackle this subj.
yep..and i hope they wont moderate the maths so much so i can get like a1 for both.
and i dno what jc to go lah.
